Terms and conditions:

 

Contractual policy:

  • The accommodation is rented as a whole, not by independent rooms.
  • High season is considered on the months of July and August as well as National days.
  • Low season is considered for the rest of the year
  • During July and August, 1 week is the mínimum length of stay.
  • During weekends, mínimum lengh of stay is two nights and mínimum number of guests is 6 people.
  • In case extra beds or cot is needed it will be required to inform us previously.

Check-in / check-out times:

  •   Check-in/ Check-out on weekends:
    • Check-in:  Fridays after 18:00.
    • Check-out:  Sundays before 18:00.
  • Check-in /Check-out when staying 1 week or more:
    • Check-in: After 16:00.
    • Check-out: Before 12:00

Please take these statements as a general reference. All of them can be re-arranged with previous agreement.

 

Cancellation policy:

According to Decreto 159/2012, of 20th November, concerning the tourist accomodations of la Generalitat de Catalunya the following cancellation policy will be applied:

Cancellation done within the last 10 days prior to the check-in date will have the following fees:

  1. a) 2 days stay, 50% of total price of the stay.
  2. b) 3 to 7 days of stay,  50% of total price of the stay.
  3. c) +7 days of stay, 25% of total price of the stay.

Fees stated above shall not apply when the cancellation occurs due to evets of force majeure, duly accredited.

The establishment reserves the right of admission.
